I thought for a long time which room to start the renovation with. T.to. I am a housewife, so I spend a lot of my free time in the kitchen. This is where the renovation started.
It was not easy for me to decide to change everything completely. Started from the window. More precisely, when the repair began, there was a window. Now we have completed the redevelopment, and instead of the window we got another exit to the balcony.
It took a long time to choose cabinet furniture. On the one hand, almost any company that is somehow connected with the production of furniture makes custom-made kitchens. On the other hand, I want, of course, the kitchen to be made according to an individual, unique project. I asked a friend for help. It took two evenings for us to draw a sketch. I chose the classic style. The color of the facades is light maple, and the lid with halogens and cabinet boxes are chestnut. The table will be round so no one sits on the corner. This is what we decided. For a long time they thought that stools, armchairs or a sofa are better. Our choice settled on a cappuccino-colored corner sofa. The craftsmen made the kitchen within two weeks.
It took a long time to choose wallpaper. Considered many options: plain and colored, striped and with flowers. We also thought about what to choose: washable or vinyl? Total – combined two color options from one collection of vinyl wallpapers.
When all the building and related materials were purchased, we first started leveling the walls, then pasting the walls. T.to. wallpaper glued on their own a second time, tormented, of course. But the result pleased me and my household. Now we have a cozy kitchen, made in a classic style. Everything is in integrity and harmony. In the evening, when the whole family gathers, we willingly spend time at a round table, discussing the events that took place during the day.
